Knee issues and myofascial release for the quads

Knee issues and myofascial release for the quads

Postby portaldo » Sun Sep 27, 2009 6:51 pm

A lot of knee problems are due to non-optimal biomechanics of the patela tracking, because of excessive tension in your quad muscles, IT band and other leg muscles.
I found a great soft tissue management routine for those of you who already suffer or those of you who dont want to suffer in the future. It is extensive, but will give you great results, try it and see how it feels.

Keep your knees healthy,
Ido.

I do a lot of this sort of work, but liked the double ball technique. Never seen that before.
Cheers
