I have a friend studying health, fitness and nutrition here at Virginia Tech and they are looking for some sort of interesting research topic in this field. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Just name anything and I will pass it on! I asked them what size project its supposed to be and I will post when I hear back about how extravagate the research is supposed to get.

I was thinking something along the lines of the effects of recovery techniques and their physical affect on the body, chemical/energy system wise. I just threw that out off the top of my head and I really don’t know that much about the science behind anything yet. . . I am just starting to learn what works for me and I have a lot of reading to do on the technical side of the human body so if what I said doesnt make sense . . . well . . . I dont really know what I am talking about lol
