I dont do any exercises for the neck, I do not need to.
I do however stand on my head from time to time, and I mean on my head only, like demonstrated by equilibre master Claude Victoria here:

Ido.

Head stands are also a lot of fun to work! People always stare at me at the gym when I work on my free standing headstand and I always seem to have to explain what I am doing (I dont have it yet, but I am working on it!).

Just report my experience:

I do a lot of headstand, headspin,Babyfreeze(QDR with 3 support) andother thing..all of this involve a static hold of the head/neck around the centre/neutral position..i don't use any prehab, exercize or stretching for year and now i have serius cervical problem..i think is better to do DJW in many plan, massage and stretching. I start on 2001 and my first neck injury about 2007.

(always sorry for my suck english  )
