Hi,
Came across a really interesting resource I do not yet know how it could positively affect my approach to training.
I am sure Ido and the more experienced body-workers have come across this .I would be really intrested to hear from some fimiliar with this research to share on any benefit derived from its study.

This is a very familiar concept to Rolfers and Structural Integration practitioners, if not others. The concepts themselves are not revolutionary, but quite simply biomechanical analysis. That being said, its not "simple", as the body is a complex organism. The vast majority of the research (as far as i am aware) is conceptual, meaning that very little work is being done on actual cadaevers or living subjects. Digital modeling is being used with increasing frequency, but the problem still lies with being able to program in all possible variables (Dr. McGill has one such model in one of his labs).

For a great resource that goes into some of the aspects of biotensegrity, I highly recommend the text "Anatomy Trains" by Thomas Myers.
